WCBK video shoot today in Asbury Park!!

Dave just tweeted:

Attention New Jersey and Philly folks! We are shooting a video today and need 30 people. If you would like to be in it, Asbury Lanes, 11am.

Additional info:

I beg pardon. Call time for the video is between 11 and 12:30.  Shouldn't take more than an hour to shoot. Thanks!

A friend of mine was at the shoot. Apparently there were only 5 extras, the rest were Dave's friends. She got free alcohol and got to take a shot with Dave. She also said there was a shot where extras were in the background at the bar while dave talked to the "love interest" in the video, and one where they pretended to be at a show. She also has video of the first take of them playing the song. Apparently Pete and Bryan from the Bouncing Souls were there, and from her video it looks like Pete was in the band that was backing Dave.

Uh, well I don't know for sure since I wasn't there but I can't imagine they just said "okay you 5 come it, the rest of you, go home".

I'm not surprised in the least that only 5 people showed up. It was very short notice. But as someone who works in film and has run into the problem of too few extras, I can assure you, no director wants only 5 background people when you need to show people pretending to be at a show! haha

ok. well yeah 5 people would be a bit too few well at least he had friends for "the backup"

Dave said on the BBC1 Punk Show that the official video for WCBK will be out very soon. They just approved the final edit!
